It might sound daft to some people but they taste good for you don't they 😎

Blurrch! Glad to hear you all like them tho.🙄

Do you make your own hobie? Go careful on the ginger content if you do !

I can have lemon straight out of the bottle 😱 When my son was a baby one of us had a drink out of a pub, had finished & he was chewing on the lemon from the drink. We waited for his face to change 😱 The whole lot went 😉 Have lemon & ginger tea bags. 😎

Got a box of Cranberry & Blood Orange tea bags at weekend 🙂 Have not tried yet but sound as though they will be good for you 😉

I love lots of fruit tea flavours. Lemon and ginger especially good for a sore throat. Just about to put a berry teabag in my flask, as I driving to Portsmouth to work on Blacklight Run. Expecting weather to be breezy on coast, so hot drinks will be welcome.

They feel like they are doing you good Copepod don't they ? 😉 Good luck with run & enjoy. 🙂
