I've never heard of "law of attraction". Is it an app, website etc? Could you give more information, please?
 
There’s thousands of these ‘feel good’, inspirational type things around but it’s worth a try if you think it would help Jamie. Just make sure it doesn’t cost too much.

its more of a philosophy the odd book does no harm as long as people are still taking meds and insulin
 
Anything that helps positive thinking is good wherever it comes from. Go for it if you think it would help you.
 
Quite a number reckon 'mindfulness' helps - I thankfully don't suffer from I so have never looked into what it is/how it might help.
