Well, it’s still happening. No chocolate at all for days now. Lunchtime BG was 4 , had lunch and injection at 1pm .
BG now 11 and rising.

What did you have for lunch, sounds as if your food is digesting before your insulin kicks in.

That was white bread mini baguette, cheese pickle and a bag of crisps 80g Carb.
Basically all fat and carbs

Oh undoubtedly. It was offered just before Covid and then nothing could happen of course. I still have an innate reluctance to change to a pump as its a whole new regime to learn.
