Not sure if I can ask advice here or not. Checked out for to use my phone it’s something like £600. I’m not worth that and it’s really for my use rather than if I were hypo and having problems. I use a normal spring type one but it’s hit and miss for my sinocare machine. Is there a better one. Hoping looking for recommendations is allowed.

I agree the Fastclix is the best BUT the lancets (which come in circular cassettes of 6) aren't cheap i shouldn't think, bearing in mind test strips for Roche Accu-Chek meters are around £25 a pot.

Another vote for the Fastclix

I also use the fastclix

FastClix user here too xx

I wonder if the OP is referring to using Libre sensors instead of having to use a lancet and test strips.

This may be but I think that might be more for type 1 or those with many Hypos. Or someone who can use it to get into remission with what but I think the libre would be too much.

Thank you everyone I think I know the next one to buy.

No, the one that your link opens is the soft clix. I have just checked on the Roche(manufacturer website), it looks like that is one they no longer make.

Can you show me what to buy ?

Sorry can't do links.
No I am sorry I don’t want anyone to break the rules. I just wanted to get a good one. I don’t understand the cassettes etc . I guess I’ll just get something like I have.

Where do you want it from?
diabetic supply - https://www.diabeticsupply.co.uk/pr...ix-lancing-device?_pos=1&_sid=ec8cc0fbb&_ss=r
Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Accu-Chek-...ild=1&keywords=fastclix&qid=1618079553&sr=8-1

obviously there are other places available, let me know if you'd like other links or if you use one provided already (that's if you do opt to buy it) xx

Brilliant I’ll use this site just want a good thing. My one is hit or miss sometimes three hits for one tiny bleed or it needs lifted out my finger so need a new gentle one. Thanks

No problem 🙂 xx
