How do i count the carbs for this?

If homemade, weigh everything that goes in and has carbs in it. If you have a carbs/cals book, should be able to work ingredients out from that.

Then, when cooked, weigh whole thing as best you can. Divide the total carbs by the total weight.

Then weigh out an average portion. you can then work out carbs per 100g and work out how much in your average portion if you can try and get an equal-ish amount of veg in each portion.

Or you can guess :D

I tend to serve the size of portion I want, then try to guess which lumps are potatoes and parsnips and estimate carbohydrate content in them. It's a bit of a guess, but delicious! :D
