I know, you've been having a rough time lately hope things start getting better really soon, how high have you been, I'm worried about with it being easter you might not be able to get any strips x

Was 26 yesterday , woke to 16 had a cuppa shot back up to 20 now I'm in 17 meant to be going for a meal later god help me don't know wat to have ? X

You'll need a meter to read the strips too - if you have a Freestyle Optium or Libre then you can get ketone strips for them. Hope you feel better soon!

You can buy ketone pee strips although I have a meter that does it so I have no idea what the pee strips are like x

Yup, Ketostix - just dip em in your pee - or pass them through the stream while you're urinating - wait for X seconds and see what colour they are on the chart.

Roughly a fiver a pot.
