ive found the size of my meal effects my reading. i can eat a low carb sallad and have no probs but if i eat to over full it will take 3-5 hours to come back down.

I think the size of a meal would affect most people? 😳

I used glycemic index and glycemic load, GI and GL.
Both very useful to indicate what effect foods would have on me.
