Recipe please! And already my mind is going to how pretty it would look with a herringbone pattern of rhubarb slices arranged on the top... and some clotted cream alongside!

Ooh! I like it even more now I have seen the recipe. I wondered what the granulated surface of it was. Really Interesting!

Sadly the rhubarb in the garden is struggling with the heat and drought, so it isn't as young and tender as it was a few weeks ago.

And high saturated fat.
