Obviously I eat a low carb diet, but I could still do with losing some weight so over the past couple of weeks I've been watching videos on Keto Diets, mostly by Paul Mason, David Unwin & Sten Ekberg, but there are several others
I know that a keto diet is a bit controversial, but going by the reports it does seem to produce some impressive results, ie weight loss, and even putting diabetes into remission, so I thought I'd try it more seriously

YouTube is all very well, but I prefer a proper book, and that's where the fun starts - I have Searched Amazon Books and there are so many of them!
And as Keto is fashionable at the moment there are lots of books & authors, mostly American, and with mixed reviews
Then when you add in Low Carb Diets, Very Low Carb Diets and follow the Links & Suggestions it all becomes very confusing and overwhelming

So please, can you recommend a couple of Keto Diet Books?
Ideally they should be -

Simple and easy to follow recipes or meal plans
Have a bit of an explanation/introduction
Have some nice illustrations, not just page after page of solid black & white text
Made for the UK
No expensive or exotic ingredients

The Keto Kitchen has some good recipes. or just google Keto recipes with whatever food you want.

Most ardent keto practitioners would recommend fewer than 20g of carbs per day.
So lots of low to no carb foods like meat, fish, some dairy, above ground grown veg salads and no starchy carbs. That's really all there is to it.

Thee guys have some recipes if you need them.
