Hello. I was diagnosed type 2 a year ago with an hba1c of 109. Since then I have been on the blood sugar diet and then low-ish carbs. My hba1c is now 46 where it has remained the same for the last 6 months. My bmi was 26 last year and is now 24.
Oddly over the last week every time I have taken some exercise (e.g power walk for 45 mins) my sugar level has dropped to around 3.5 and I'm clammy, shaky and feel very odd. I'm not ill, diet not changed so why has this started to happen? Should I be concerned? Is is normal for a type 2? I'm not on any medication either. Thank you for in advance for any advice or tips on how to deal with it. 🙂
