What are they lol. I see cheese and meat?
 
they are like mini quiche but with ham as the "pastry" the test will be in the tasting lol
 
just sliced ham from asda, i put onions, peppers, baby corn, eggs, chopped up smoked bacon ,salt and pepper in for the filling
 
The sliced white stuff looks like new potato to me?
 
no potatoes, i dont eat them 😛

Can't see any 'layers' in the circles, Steff, neither do they look particularly opaque, as I expect onions to, once they're cooked.
 
Well, we had them with chicken salad for tea, hubby says what am i the guinea pig:D:D considering there is only us 2 we both are, anyway he said i like these, i will have one in my lunch box tomorrow.
Anyhow he got up to wash up and ate another , so thumbs up all round, they did make a mess of the muffin tray thougho_O
 
I'll take gooseys word for it and I'd guess she knows the difference between the 2 .
