To be honest- Id have gone round the twist without everyones help!!

We are a community, I too appreciate the help and support so thank you from me too.

I heartily concur Phil 🙂 I am still learning new things every day, and it's wonderful to see how ready others are to offer help and support to others. Also wonderful to see how people can go from despair, to determination and to success as they overcome their problems 🙂

I heartily agree.:D

Only problem is Phil, I think i'm becoming a 'forum bore' with my friends because I keep telling everyone how good it is ! :D

I totally agree, don't know what I would've done without the support from this forum, diabetes related or otherwise! 🙂

I agree too, even though I don't comment or "participate" much these days

Well said Phil, I couldn't do it without this place and it's denizens.
