Yes of course you can. We have a number of carers who've joined and I don't think they're all looking after T1 kids. You're very welcome and I'm sure we can offer you support.

Hi Julie, of course you are very welcome 🙂 Has your husband been diagnosed long, and is he on any kind of medication for his diagnosis? Sharing your experiences with others can be a great help, so I am glad you decided to join - we are open to all people who have a connection to diabetes 🙂

Hi Julie and welcome - I hope that the forum is able to provide you with some of the answers to your questions.

Welcome to the forums Julie 🙂

Hi Julie and a warm welcome to the forum, everyone is welcome here hun, hope we can help x

Of course you're very welcome to join, Juliethemuse - and do encourage your husband, too. For ease of understanding, you might want to change your status from "Type 2" to "Carer".

Just ask about any specific issues you or your husband has - various people on these boards can probably help with solutions to most issues.

Hi Julie. Welcome. 🙂

Rob

Welcome Julie 🙂

Hi Julie,

Welcome to the boards- everyone is very friendly here so feel free to ask any questions you or your husband has 🙂

Welcome Julie, I am a carer too it's my dad who has diabetes but doesn't use computers. I ask questions up here for him and for myself as I am the one who shops and cooks. I can assure you that everyone up here will become part of your support system. I wasn't sure at first but am extremely grateful the forum provided a 'carer' tag under my name otherwise I would have felt I shouldn't be posting. We have both learned so much from all posts up here.

As a carer I can reassure you this forum is the best place to be 🙂 please join in
