Hello to all. I went for my annual cardiology check up last week & was told I have type 2 diabetes. Hoping to get some hints & tips from this popular forum

Hi @EllieG welcome to the forum, I also have heart disease and type 2 so do feel free to ask anything. There is a wealth of information here that helped me get my diabetes under control. Best thing to do is take some time to read through and ask any questions you might have :D
