What signs do others get when they are sitting slightly high? and I don't mean just high high if you get what I mean, for instance I know when I'm even slightly above 8 due to getting tingling feelings in the lower legs! x
I also get angry at anything above 8, hypo signs are vision, jelly legs, shaking and if I'm doing something at the time being argumentative with it and having to get it done first (usually its that I'm unable to open the coffee canister) xx

Lol at getting argumentative over opening the coffee canister! When I feel hypo I usually shout out "for ****s sake, what now", unless I'm at work where I have to repress the urge to swear 🙄

I feel fine on the way to the kitchen and its the easiest coffee canister (glass with a metal lid so not like its a tight hold) cant get the lid off and in my head I'm saying right I'm hypo but also its saying you need to get the lid off the jar! haha, goodness knows how low I'd get if it was a douwe egberts jar ya know the ones with the really tight hold! lol x
When a little high I get tired. When higher I feel sick. Really sick.
Hypos I get the shakes but I don't get the anger others get. I becomes very compliant. So if you told me to just carry on working and don't make a fuss (like one manager did when I worked at a cinema), I'll just keep on working until I collapse.
I also find the symptoms don't start at any particular number. It's the speed at which I got there. If I'm not careful, and my sugars very slowly go up or down, I won't feel it for ages. I've been known to go into the late teens or even below three and not feel itv but another time I can feel awful and then test and I'm only at 4 or 9.
If my bgls go upwards - say heading for high 9's or 10, I tend to feel tired sickly dizzy and can't walk in a straight line without bouncing off the door frames or walls - it's at this point I take myself off to bed to lie down - and drink loads of water. I don't know what else I should do but to listen to my body - and watch the intake of carbs.
