i have just been put onto Jardiance but I am to be honest a bit wary of it, the side effects sound horrid. As an old lady to be told I may want to go to the loo more often is a nightmare !!
Does anyone take this ? Is it good or should I refuse to take it ?
All advice welcome, thanks .

Hi,Anncal,I assume you have put on Empagliaflozin.I take it along with glicazide and metformim,Fortuneatlyi do not suffer any side effects.Reading the leaflet is always dauinting as you always think the worst.Give it a try and see how you go,you may well not get any side effectsIt certainly helps with my bg levels.Hope this is of help to you.Cheers Andy

Hi Anncal,

I have been on Empagliaflozin for quite a while and have had no side effects.

Thank you very much both of you, perhaps I should give it a go !
Not quite sure why she recommended it as my hba1c was quite good but she will have had her reasons no doubt !
