which of these jams is the best .i know no jam is best really but like a treat once in a while a jam butty.hartleys jam 100 grams has 62grs carbs 56grms sugar .skinny company jam 100 grams 70 grams carbs 2.1 grams sugar ,another one ive seen is 100 grams 22 carbs sugar 4.1 & polyols 18.2

I personally don't know, but have found Jam on a low carb/high protein slice of toast seems to prevent me going super high afterwards.

Hi @dindong, I'd personally just go for the lowest total carbs and disregard the sugar carbs. Ironically, I could probably manage the jam but not the butty as it's bread wot does for me! 🙄

Probably what you put it on is more important than the jam as a teaspoonful would only be about 3g carb whereas the bread is more likely to be many times that unless you are using one of the very low carb breads.
