I've reduced my tresiba

7:29am waking 4.3 - 17 units of tresiba
9:36am before breakfast 6.4 - 22g of carbs - 2.5 units of humalog food
13:45pm before lunch 10.0 - 44g of carbs - 4.5 units humalog food - 1.0 units humalog correction
19:07pm 3.3 before tea - 1x 150ml of non-diet coca-cola to treat hypo
19:27pm 7.2 before tea
19:50pm after tea re-entered test from before tea - had 95g of carbs for tea but told insulin advisor 80g (15g would've been for follow up snack but I had my tea instead because it was ready) - 8.0 units of humalog for food
23:29pm bedtime 4.6 - had 18g of carbs which was 3 rich tea biscuits - didn't have any humalog

8:09am waking 5.8 - 17.0 units of tresiba
10:00am before breakfast 7.7 - 36g of carbs - 4.5 units humalog food - 0.5 units humalog correction
14:09pm before lunch 5.4 - 61g of carbs - 5.5 units humalog food

So pleased you readjusted your Tresiba back down to 17units, considering you had a teatime hypo the day after the big increase and were low again at bedtime. Otherwise it looks like it is levelling out quite nicely and you are managing it well.
