And I dont know why!!
Im seeing lots less lows / hypos which is nice, but loads of 11s, 12s, and a few over 15 which I hate.
My ratios seem to be all over the bloomin place and I just dont know which way to turn right now... For the moment Ive rejigged my ratios, but they seem so dramatic.
mornings gone from 12 / 1 - Now 8 / 1
Lunchs gone from 12 / 1 Now 10 to 1
And dinners gone from 15/1 Now 12 to 1
I havnt done anything with my basal as of yet I need to basal test this week as a matter of urgency. Conditions wernt right this morning for me, however another couple of u's could be on the cards.
Im just really worried I change everything, and it turns out its some lingering infection or something which I dont realise is there and then it all changes again. Ohh the joys!!
Another thing I thought it could be. The last week ive been a litle naughty as in I havnt walked the dog as much as usual. I usually would take him out 5 nights - everyngiht in the week. This week because of work and stuff ive had to leave dog walking duties to the oh and matthew.
Could this effect my metabolism, therefore overallinsulin sensitivity?
A) Could it take effect in such a short space of time?
B) Does regular exercise such as dog walking (Usually 45 mins per time) have an effect over all ie. Does the walking im doing effect my insulin sensitivity the next day at lunch?
Thanks for reading
