Itchy Elbows!

Over the last couple of weeks I've developed areas of dry, really itchy skin around my elbows and behind my knees. I'm not sure if it's related to my slightly elevated levels (a few in double figures) or the cold weather. Has anybody else experienced this?
 
Don't know if this helps, but those are classic eczema locations.

They certainly are, as I know only to well having been plagued by eczema most of my life. I still get the odd patch now and again and one of the things that helps when it's bad is to avoid anything that dries the skin, such as hard soap (use liquid soap instead) and hot showers (too abrasive). Have baths for a while, and make sure the water isn't too hot. Then lather on the heavy duty moisturiser when you get out. If it persists, talk to your doctor.
 
Thanks both. I was concerned as I'd heard that it could be related to kidney problems.
