...or do BM test strips get everywhere?? They're the only thing the dyson won't swallow and I find them in my shoes, in my bag, under the sofa and even in a sock this morning!

xx

I'm a deeply sad person and put them straight in the bin... in my defence, I do live in a small flat and there's always a bin in easy reach!

Yes Vix, its just you lol i lust keep mine in my b/m case when out until i find some where to bin them.

I use the Accu-Chek mobile, no BM strips for me to worry about 🙂

I don't know how I do it then 😉 I put them in the bin when at home (unless hypo and then they go as close to the bin as possible for me to throw) and in my BM case when out so I can put them in the bin later xx

I do find the odd escapee here and there but mostly they go staight in the bins I have dotted about the place.

Mine end up in the bin, but I did find a T-bag in the dishwasher this morning!

I find the tear off protector on the needles don't like the bin - needle cover, paper protector and test strip dropped over the bin - only the needle cover makes it, the rest go on the floor.

It does make me smile when I see a rogue one 'in the wild' which isn't one of mine 🙂

It is by far the only good thing about having a house liberally sprinkled with ashtrays, frankly.

There's a gang of us from another forum who have get-togethers and one of these is an evening meal in a pub with partners. So 20 of us sit down to eat, 10 of us test and there's nowhere to stick the strips! Always cracks me up.

I keep meaning to take an ashtray from home to collect em in!

Because I'm a bit slapdash and in the house my meter stays on the dining table behind me right now, there is also the empty strip pot on there too, when I start a new pot, the full used one gets shut and lobbed in the bin.
