I have an iPhone 12 and iOS 17.5.1 - no issues. Updates are continuous. Don't know how I managed w/o Libre2 - well, yes I do, it was trial & error.
Have you shut the standby and assistive access in your settings? That was the advice given, so I did that and all works okMy iPhone automatically updated two or three weeks ago and since then I’ve been getting the ‘signal loss’ message. I can only get readings if I scan the sensor manually. I have libre 2 sensors. It’s quite dangerous at night as my alarm won’t sound if I go low. I get no readings all night until I scan sensor when I wake up. I had no idea about compatibility issues. I thought it was a faulty sensor, but when a second sensor did the same thing I called Abbott. They asked me to try a few things on my phone- nothing worked. They didn’t mention the iOS compatibility issue.
I’m not sure what to do now.
Good to know. I found that Standby was ON and AA was OFF. So I turned Standby OFF. I've been having disconnects - I'll keep watching now to see if anything changes. (iPhone 12 on 17.5.1)made sure Standby and assistive access were off. iPhone 14
My standby was on and AA was off. I thought the advice was to leave the standby on. I’ve now switched it off so will see if that helps. Thanks for the advice.

As with you. my phone automatically updated to IOS 17.5.1. FreeStyle Libre 2. Various bad things: "Sensor Error" each time I brought the phone close to the 6-day old sensor that had been working fine. Replaced the sensor: the sensor wasn't recognized by the application; after 1 hour, the app reported that it couldn't pair with the sensor. Tried several more sensors. None got any response from the app. Somewhere in this saga, the app recommended an update. Version 2.7.7.4230 works just as poorly as its predecessor. My iPhone automatically updated two or three weeks ago and since then I’ve been getting the ‘signal loss’ message.
