hi I'm just enquiring if there are any support type groups in the north west?
How far North do you mean? But then, I'm east not west although they do keep threatening to meet,

Seriously though there are DUK groups all over the country, and we have a few get togethers of our own during the year. If you do a quick Google for DUK in your area it should show you what's there. My local DUK is quite active with talks and social events as well as fundraising efforts, so it's worth a look. Of course, you'd be very welcome to join in nay of the forum meets too, they're fun days and it's really nice to be able to put faces the names.

A couple of years ago I set a meet in Keswick with some other nice members. Welcome to the forum

You can look em up on the Diabetes UK website - do it !
