How far North do you mean? But then, I'm east not west although they do keep threatening to meet,

Seriously though there are DUK groups all over the country, and we have a few get togethers of our own during the year. If you do a quick Google for DUK in your area it should show you what's there. My local DUK is quite active with talks and social events as well as fundraising efforts, so it's worth a look. Of course, you'd be very welcome to join in nay of the forum meets too, they're fun days and it's really nice to be able to put faces the names.

@Northerner organises forum meet-ups throughout the year. See schedule below. After joining the forum last year I went to the one in Birmingham and it was great to chat with fellow diabetics and a chance to put faces to names. These are fairly informal affairs - there's one in Manchester.
