Hi I recently been put on invokana started on 100mg now on 300mg along with my exsisting metformin and pioglitazone now I feel hungry all the time not sure if it a side effect of the invokana or because my blood glucose is lower, wondering if anyone had similar effects.

Unsurprising, that you feel hungry, the drug works by making the kidneys excrete glucose that would otherwise have been reabsorbed, so could be leaving you with a shortfall if it's working too well.
Its generic name is Canagliflozin, for any others looking a this thread who may not recognise the name.
Have you looked at side effects?

That helps!!! I was just about to google it! Im on Empagliflozin and Gliclizide and unfortunately get the smae side effects some of the time. I have days when I seem to feel hungry all the time. And ive struggled with weightloss since being on them.

Yes I have read the side effects ! My blood glucose level were an average of 14 first in the morning before starting on Canagliflozin now around 8 so must be working. Have had some weight low which can't be a bad thing.
