Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Evening all at this difficult time.

My name is Jon, and I have been type 2 for at least 25 years.

I have a number of questions for the forum regarding food and exercise and would like to share my recent changes. Along with those changes come questions regarding blood glucose levels after fasting.

I will look forward to reading through some of the threads before I ask questions that may already have been asked and answered.

I hope everyone is staying safe in these challenging times. My wife and I are pretty much self-isolating except for me walking the dog and doing the shopping.

Hi and welcome to the forum @JonCadman . I hope you enjoy your time with us.

Post up your questions, when you are ready. There is always someone around to help answer the call. One thing you may like to try is the orange tab at the top of the page 'The Learning Zone' (separate sign in there). Below that is a 'search forum' button - if you are looking for specific info on a previous topic, just type in 'key' words there, it should bring up posts, old and new. (bear in mind with older posts, advice/info may have changed since then) - happy hunting!

Welcome to the forum @JonCadman

Ask away! While it can be worth browsing old threads for other experiences, it’s also good to get direct comments about your own particular situation. 🙂

Welcome @JonCadman
I have learnt most of what I know about my Diabetes from others on here.
Just ask
