Phoned my home insurance for cover for my pump. Explained what I needed told 3,500 as i thought that was ok. Told a one off admin fee for ?20, plus 7.85 extra till my policy expires in 6 months, thought that was reasonable but declined to see what they say as I know what insurance places are like, put on hold and after the sales person spoke to a manager was told they would not add and any additional fees and waived the admin charge, result. 🙂

Good work sir!

I need your negotiation skills! As mine involve shouting
