am now on 48 units of insulin a day, its being put up by 4 units every 4 days whilst its over 9 bs in the 10-13 range which is a lot better than the 20s i was getting have noticed the difference in myself

I'm really glad that it's beginning to improve Gail. I hope that you are beginning to feel betterxx

Gail, I'm so pleased that your numbers are showing such a terrific improvement! 🙂 Long may it continue!

Well done. That's great news.:D

Well done Gail. Which insulin are you on. Has anyone suggested splitting the injection as you can get some big lumps with the amount of liquid you are injecting (i do 60units and 60 units pm), and some insulins don't actually last 24 hours, so if you inject all your insulin in the morning you might not have any left for your evening meal, resulting in high BG at bedtime and then high in the morning. Either check your readings or talk to your team.

Glad you are feeling better
