I would also add that the Novopen Echo has to feature as a significant reason for sticking with a Novo Nordisk insulin in it's own right. They really are great pens and few others offer a half unit option let alone the memory function and Libre scan option, not that I personally use the latter, but many people do.

Apidra has a half unit pen, I’ve used it for many years. No memory though.

Hi kirssty some times i have the same problem ,i deal with it by going on brisk would for half hr or a bike ride its usually when i have a inactive day or two but exercise allways work quickly .

I look forward to retiring.
Then I will have time to go for a walk or cycle ride to manage my diabetes.
In the meantime, I will rely on insulin as I can't excuse myself from a meeting or walk out on a customer because they drove my BG is higher than I would like.
On the other hand, when I retire, i won't have awkward customers to push my BG up.
