The first article I've ever read on this topic, well written and very useful for those using insulin whether on mdi or pumps.

 
Yes! We have a hot tub and if I'm enjoying it and stay in it longer than 20 minutes - it's hypo city. So I just don't!

My T2 friend (she's LADA by my reckoning and hers, and she was a nurse anyway, now lost touch so dunno whether that's been recognised now or not) was exactly the same.
