Hi everyone! I'm a final year Product Design (BSc) student at Bournemouth University currently trying to gather research for my project surrounding Diabetes. I am exploring the possibilities of a portable temperature control and regulation device to keep vital medication (insulin) at its required temperature, for diabetics who want to partake in outdoor activities or who travel a lot.

It's a simple 8 question multiple choice survey that takes around a minute to complete! All completely anonymous and used purely for research and development. The link is here if you wish to take part: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/PWNZBLV

My aim is to help as many people as possible to design a great product. If you could fill this in and pass it on to any other insulin taking Diabetics this would be much appreciated. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch 🙂 Thanks!

This is approved. Please help if you can.

Done. Anyone else have one of those moments, where you answer the question 'where do you carry your needles' with 'loose, somewhere in the depths of my handbag' and think, oops, that’s probably not a good idea...

Done nice and easy, same with me Robin bottom of my rucksack with lancets.🙄

Done. I have space in my meter case for a few needles and lancets so they go in there.
Not sure I'm in the target demographic for this research though, my ideas of outdoor activities and travelling a lot are unlikely to be the same as those of healthy people!
