follwering my od my insulin was cut from 120 t0 60 They have revived my levels my lowest sl on 60 was 18 they have now put it up to 64 still have scores in the hi teens I recon that I need at least 100 units
 
How are you feeling Gail? Its a lot higher than most of us would accept, half of that 18 would be better.

Hi Gail have you done anything to help yourself by cutting the amount of carbs you are eating? This would be a great 1st step for you.

As stated before your team can not give you back the amount of insulin you were on before due to you abusing it's use when you become mentally unwell. Hopefully with carb control and plenty of moral support you will be able to manage your levels.
Can you get out for exercise as this will help no end as well, even if it's just a walk a couple of times a day.
 
I think you have to take things steading unfortunately @gail1. I can see how worried and frustrated this must be making you.

As @Pumper_Sue suggests, you might be able to slightly reduce your carb intake (but only do so carefully) to help manage your BG.

But you have to be careful, because of what you've been through recently and while you are recovering.
