Inquery on D-mannose for prediabetics.

"Just to be clear - you are still drinking Coke Zero, just not after 6pm."
I just used coke zero as as an example. It could be sprite or some "non sugar" drink. This is generally only if I'm sitting down having in a takeaway.
Lets say, I am in a takeaway at 2 pm. I order, chicken, and some salad, I get a drink. I usually end up leaving about 15 to twenty minutes later,
I am walking, because I don;t have a car, Maybe i drink more of the mineral while walking. Lets say I do some shopping and get home around 4. I haven;t finished off the drink, I put in the fridge, I may or may not give in to the tempation to drink more from the can/bottle until the next morning.
Note, I had a meal out today . I bought some of it home. But i didn;t buy a drink.
If I do buy a zero coke, sprite, whatever, it won't be until next week.
