When I was first diagnosed I was briefly told thigh stomach and buttocks.
I soon devised a system (Not my fault I'm a bloke!) Breakfast I do left thigh lunch is stomach either side, dinner is right thigh, and night time is buttocks.
After a few weeks I was having trouble on both thighs, almost couldn't put needle in, the nurse later told me that there is a nerve running down the body so do not inject on the top of the thigh but the side, it made a vast difference.
Even now I sometimes stray to far off the ideal zone I'm even considering working out the ideal area, and marking it with a marker then after a few weeks maybe getting a tatoo so I always hit the right zone!? Crazy I know, as by the sounds of it these areas may become over used in years to come!
Anyway I'm off, night night.
