injection

Are you on insulin @liver1047 ? If so, you can also inject in your stomach and buttocks. You could also look at the needles you’re using: their length and their thinness. Some needles seem to cause more bruising than others. Also, be careful to avoid small blood vessels, and maybe split your injections if you’re on high doses.

Depends what your injecting @liver1047 is it Insulin
or are you on a SGLT2 inhibitor ?

I agree with Inka, I was on BD micro fine ultra then the pharmacist gave me a cheaper brand which were thicker and not as sharp so I was getting alot of bruises, spoke to DN and now back on the BD, and don't even feel it x

Sorry to hear about the bruising at injection sites @liver1047

Has this always been happening? Or have the bruises come on fairly recently?

Considering changing needles to a different brand or gauge could be well worthwhile.

Good luck, let us know how you get on 🙂
