Hi when you get the welcome pack What does it include - looking for things like the carb count. Can you download these without having to print them out. Thanks

It’s a while since I had a welcome pack so I’m afraid I can’t remember.

If you call the Helpline on Monday (9am-6pm) they should know!

For carb counts lots of forum members mention ‘Carbs and Cals’ as a helpful resource?

There’s a full size one

And a pocket-sized one

There’s a version with “world foods” too if that’s your thing?

Highly recommend it is still my bible for carb values. Interesting there is now a version with world foods, must look for that.
Some people also use the app but I have not looked at that.

There sure is!

I think the App operates with a subscription, which might mean you get ongoing updates? But the books would be one-off purchases.

You can buy a book or use the nutracheck app (there’s a free version you can look foods up in or a paid version where you can add them to your diary), or supermarket apps like Tesco have carb counts of the food packaging will have carb counts too.
