Highly recommend it is still my bible for carb values. Interesting there is now a version with world foods, must look for that.
Some people also use the app but I have not looked at that.

I think the App operates with a subscription, which might mean you get ongoing updates? But the books would be one-off purchases.

You can buy a book or use the nutracheck app (there’s a free version you can look foods up in or a paid version where you can add them to your diary), or supermarket apps like Tesco have carb counts of the food packaging will have carb counts too.
