@Kimbo10 I am only new on Omnipod 5 myself, was the dash before (loved that, loads better than MDI) 65-70%ish TIR, less hypos, more control than MDI, best I have felt in years.
Also on the libre 2 plus.
My move onto this has been okay, its only a few weeks in, some days are great and I don't think about my diabetes until I eat or exercise, other days not so good, I've had a few faults and pods not connect to libre. Now I know how to use my phone app as the back up with the PDM I at least have stopped needing to finger test as a much when they don't connect. My average TIR in the 6 weeks is the same as before, I am 1% improved in each level, still hypos, less but worse more stubborn than before.
I have been told different things by insulet, in terms of sites. I can no longer use my stomach which was a site I enjoyed using, and my leg / thigh isn't the best connection either now, so limited sites.
With everything else I am tweaking the PDM settings using DAFNE and my DSN's help, and I am giving it a good go. As others have said go back to basics. It does seem odd your team are happy with your settings and your TIR is at that level, and you are up and down. There must be something you can alter?
