So looking back at the last 3 days I'm thinking my BI needs increasing. I'm currently taking 20u split - 10u am & 10u pm & am undecided whether to increase by 2u (11u am & 11u pm) or 4u (12u am & 12u pm).

What does anyone think please?

What are your levels like during the day?

One of the advantages of a split basal is that you can adjust them independently, so you could add 1u or 2u to your pm injection and leave the other one as is.

Are those results (Before bed) with no fast acting insulin and no food (Any) on board from the previous 4 hours? If there is insulin or food preceeding the before bed results in the last 4 hours, It too me isnt a true reflection of what your basal is doing
