just had to share with you this fact. For the first time in a long time i feel happy and safe. my mental health is stable. ok i may have the olld blip but i can cope with it. my diabeties is stable and its better than it has been since 1999. i have a stable safe homelife. life is good

I guess that, just like diabetes, mental health issues are there for life and need constant attention to keep them under control 🙂.
 
Great news. I think we all tend to take things for granted, so sometimes taking a step back and appreciating what we have is no bad thing. 😉
