Yes having the Temporary Basal Rate on all day has meant that I've been able to keep my BGs between 4-6 and now that im at 4.2 ive been able to reset it to normal - if I'd had to bolus instead my guess is that I wouldn't have got the control that I need whilst being ill - now hoping that this will help me me to recover from feeling ill more quickly
