Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Had my first 6 monthly check up with my diabetic nurse this morning (diagnosed type 2 in July 09).

Hba1c ws 5.8% (7.2% in July) and cholesterol was 4.29, down from 7.50😱
Blood pressure 126/90, the bottom figure is a bit high so I'm using a monitor at home for the week to get a better reading.

So after that good news I went out for lunch and had a hot fudge brownie with ice cream for pud !!!! Back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.😎
