I just had a hypo and drank one bottle of orange Lucozade. I knew from the lack of response that I needed more but chose to ignore the need because I know better. Well actually I don't so eventually had a second slug which has brought me round at least a bit. I suppose that with so many forum members declaring themselves as idiots today I really didn't want to feel left out. Misery and idiocy loves company so it seems 🙂

Their must be something in the air today.
Hope your not feeling too rough.

Sigh. Where was your hypo kit?

A six pack of orange Lucozade makes a fairly substantial hypo kit Ali Bongo. Brings me round as quick as anything else. It's just that a single bottle didn't this time round.

I'm sure you'll receive plenty of kind supportive responses, but as a paid up resident of double-hard Peckham I know the appropriate one.

You plonker! 🙄

Well my excuse was changing the clocks, what's yours, DL? I thought earlier a few more chairs for the idiots club might suffice. At this rate we'll need a whole new meeting room.

It would appear of late that every time I eat vindaloo curry which is one of my more favoured dishes I get a similar result. I had a vindaloo on a Friday night and had pretty much the same as now

Look after yourself.

I am very much back with it folks. The scores do not tell fibs.

Ah that's better.

Looks like my readings for last night. I find a couple of chocolate digestives gets me to the top of that blue band.🙂

Little Lagos
c54% of the population in Peckham is black (African and Caribbean), c32% white and the rest are from other ethnic backgrounds. My experience of living in such an vibrant ethnically diverse community has been overwhelmingly positive. 🙂
