I know I shouldn't but am beginning to think about seeing the damage that ice cream does to the BGLs. Does any one have any suggestions (apart from don't go there...)? Where angels fear to tread... I'm there 😉.

Some makes have nutritional content per portion, had hagen daaz icecream on a stick, chocolate coated last week, wrote it down , from packet as 258 kc, 20g carb, but what it would do to BG, have no idea.

A dark choc ice isn't usually too bad for a treat, and portion size is limited, unlike scoopable icecream.
Tesco's own brand just 12g carb each. Just stick to one!

Hi, Thanks that might solve the problem.
