Can anyone help me to stop craving ice cream? !! I don't need chocolate or chips anymore, it doesn't bother me, but walk past an ice cream van..... Nope.
Is it terribly bad for me?
Hopefully winter will help me stop 🙂

Hi Ann.

I would say the short answer is ..... yes. It is bad for you. If you're having it regularly.

If it's once every couple of weeks on a walk, then I wouldn't see it as a a problem but if it's become a habit, then it may be better to find a lower fat, lower sugar alternative.

Just my take on it, but one of those things that we have to sacrifice a bit more than others.
