I went for my jog finally today!
I did a mix of walking and jogging.
I was at 11.2 before & 7.2 after =)

I'm very pleased =)

Well done - dont forget you will carry on going down for an hour or so after exercise.:DBev x
 
had a boiled sweetie wen i came in so I think ill be ok... will keep checking anyway =)
 
i went with her the first time , was fun although i am cream crackered now but i had already gone out for about an hour n half walking with mum , ,little sister and the dogs, then did another 20 mins on wii fit - ive lost 5lbs:D.

i should probably break the tae bo dvd out again, seeing as i have the time now.
 
Good on you both, watch your levels over night after exercising it can affect you for a while.
