I have Type 2 Diabetes but I'm on Insulin and have a FreeStyle Libre 2 monitor.
It's sounding the alarm with the message "Loss of Signal".
How can I rectify this problem?

If it is just the loss of signal alarm most of us have just turned it off and don't worry about it. The alarms still seem to reach the phone OK unless it is in another room but even then mine can sometimes pick up a low or high, but the loss of signal alarm is just an unnecessary irritation and most of us feel it is better off. To do this, go into settings, select alarms and you should see the option to turn it off.

Slight correction. I use a reader so have to go into settings to get to alarms but on the phone app, it looks like you have the option to select alarms from the main menu.

Yes, on the reader, press the on button to turn it on and then press it again to get the Check Glucose or Review History page. There is a cog icon at the top right of that page, click on it and it will take you into settings and the top option is "Alarms". Select that and there is a blue bar at the bottom of the page which says "Change Alarm Settings" Select that and then click the bottom option which is Signal Loss Alarm. Touch that and the touch the "On" and it will change to "Off". Then click "Done" at the bottom right and then press the normal on/off button like when you turn it on to scan and that should sort it.
