Just ate 2 chocolate digestive biscuits! Don't even know why! Someone give me a good talking to please as I seem to have veered off the path tonight and could do with getting back on track pronto!😱 Katiex

We all lapse from time to time Katie, so don't be too hard on yourself 🙂 Just make sure it doesn't happen again, or there will be trouble! 😉

Don't we all from time to time I'm finding that atm my sugars are above the 7.5 mark 60plus % of the time. It is acase of enjoying the taste not making a habit of it and moving on.

treats from time to time are ok...and sometimes it helps to have a little bit every now and again, rather than depriving yourself, which can then make you rebel altogether!

Hope you enjoyed them!!

Hi Katie

I think you might be being a little hard on yourself re 2 chocolate biscuits. The good thing is you stopped. Have you drawn the line and are you back on it?

Why not go for a nice long brisk walk to burn off those extra calories if it is still on your mind - walk them off and then you won't feel guilty any more.

Just make sure you are back on it or I will be around and may have a fairy with me too!:D

ooops - I've eaten 4 chocolate biscuits today
