Yesterday was my 60th birthday. 11 family members went out for a beautiful meal. A great big birthday cake, with candels and sparklers, was brought to me with everyone singing happy birthday. I am quite a quiet person and I was really embarrassed. My 6 Grandchildren thought it was fantastic. I eat all sorts of things that I shouldn't. My bg's have been quite high, for me. I am going to Paignton on Tuesday for a couple of nights and so I should be able to walk my bg's down. I''ll let you all know.
 
Sounds like a great time was had by all. 60 not out. Ace. 🙂

Anyway, sod the BGs, you’re only 60 once. Even if it takes a 25 mile hike to get ‘em back in single digits:D

Happy birthday and welcome to Paignton 🙂.If you walk along the sea front you will pass my place, I know its late in the day but only just got online. Please enjoy your stay apologies for the two buildings boarded up but they are being demolished and new apartments to be built. If you want a tour of Torbay the yellow open top bus is the way to go No.122 every 20 minutes, pity I didn`t know earlier I could have arranged to show you around and show you the good and cheaper places and good quality to go without breaking the bank balance. Anyway enjoy your stay glad you had a wonderful time with your family and grand kids, I love mine what more do you need in life, take care I`ll be keeping an eye out for you. Kindest regards.
