...a bag of crisps in my bag! Well, tbh it didn't happen accidentally, today I needed coins for car park. I had to buy something with my tenner and the crisp was the only thing I could buy at the pub next to the car park. I don't remember when was the last time I had crisps, I've never had one since the dx in Apr. Should I have it in one go? Or should I give a half to my hub? No, he's not allowed to have anything greasy....I'm on Metformin only and don't have insulin to cover extra treat..... I'm wondering what to do and I don't know why I'm feeling so happy!:D

3 days on, the bag of crisps is still intact and it continues to make me feel happy!:D
tbh I daren't have it because I worry too much about the effect on my BG level...😱

Funnily enough, I was a bit of a crisp addict prior to diagnosis. After diagnosis I still ate them, but eventually went off them because I knew they would affect my levels adversly. Eventually, I ended up throwing a load away that had gone well beyond their use by date and were horrible (I tried one, it was chewy!). Haven't had any for about 18 months now, except maybe the odd one or two in the pub.
