Hi eat2live.

When you say low for you, how low is that ?

If you feel the hypo symptoms, it can make you feel afraid and helpless.

As your BGs stabilise within the normal range, the hypo symptoms should only come on at true hypo levels (below 4ish).

Hope you feel better soon.🙂

thanx Rob, i feel a little better now, it was 4.8, had my tea and its 8.2 now
thanx again x

8.2 is good.

I would say 4.8 is probably perfect as a pre meal figure and if you can get yourself in a good place emotionally, it would be useful to try and ride it out and you will hopefully find that it shifts the symptoms a bit lower.

It could be, of course, that you dropping fast and/or you were very hungry, which tend to make me feel hypo symptoms stronger. Often around the 4 mark initially.
